Refund and Returns Policy

At Urban Market, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Returns

  • Perishable items (vegetables, fruits, fresh foods, dairy, frozen items, etc.) are non-returnable once delivered, for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Non-perishable items (packaged groceries, skincare, wellness, household, décor, etc.) can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:
    • Unused and unopened
    • In their original packaging
    • In resalable condition

2. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or to your bank account (details required).
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, expired, or delivered incorrectly.
  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product for verification.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, or before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@urbanmarket.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will confirm whether your product qualifies for return.
  3. If approved, securely pack the product and return it via our delivery partner or drop it at our nearest Urban Market store.
