1. Returns
- Perishable items (vegetables, fruits, fresh foods, dairy, frozen items, etc.) are non-returnable once delivered, for health and hygiene reasons.
- Non-perishable items (packaged groceries, skincare, wellness, household, décor, etc.) can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
2. Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or to your bank account (details required).
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, expired, or delivered incorrectly.
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product for verification.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, or before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@urbanmarket.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our support team will confirm whether your product qualifies for return.
- If approved, securely pack the product and return it via our delivery partner or drop it at our nearest Urban Market store.
